COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

On tap at Hellers Brahaus, Koln, Germany, Saturday 29th March 2014 Pours pale battery egg yolky cloudy yellow with white head. Soft in mouth a bit of sweet orange which surprised me, not bad. Fine. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov13 3.2

Pours a very pale yellow color with white head that fades to a skim. The smell is grain, light fruit, grass. The taste is sweet light malt, fruit, grain and grass ending dry and crisp. Light in body with soft carbonation.

500ml bottle.
Courtesy of Koelschtrinker. Thank you Roman!
In short: a malty kölsch.
Pours hazy golden, with some white head. Short head retention and poor lacing. Herbal, spicy, honey aromas (at least what i can get with a cold). Medium body, some crispy texture, average carbonation. Taste is malty, sweet, some hop punch. Quite smooth and enjoyable. Very hazy for a kölsch.

Test vom 10.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,7,10,7,13,8 - 8,65

Tap at Hellers, May 2013. Really, a kolsch? Opaque gold color and a lacing head. Lightly sour with some wheat. Rather muddled flavor and aroma, and what is there is neither very flavorful or very good at all.

Test vom 1.3.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,9,9,9,10,9 - 9,05

Clear straw body with small off-white body. Aroma is mild sweet, hint of grass.

Fazit: Trinkbares Bio Bier Test vom 28.2.2009, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 9,8,7,8,8,8 - 7,95
