COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
HELLERS Wiess und Hellers Kölsch durchlaufen identische Brauprozesse. Wobei das Wiess bereits vor der abschließenden Filtrierung entnommen wird und somit nicht „blank“ sondern hefetrüb ins Glas gelangt – was ihm seinen typisch würzig-frischen Geschmack verleiht. 4,5% vol. alc.; 11,7% Stammwürze.

Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, paper notes, moderate orange - citrus, light yeasty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, salty. Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes straw, malt, and a bit of sulphur. The flavor is sweet with notes of hay, malt, and hops, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottled@One Pint Pub, Helsinki. Hazy yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is caramel malty, bready malts, some mild hay and honeyish notes as well. Flavour is much the same along with some fruityness, earth and also quite herbal towards the finish.
