COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
One of our favorite styles. Copious amounts of hops provide the generous citrus and pine notes that dominate the aroma. On the palate, dank, juicy, citrus flavors meld with the slightly sweet malt backbone to balance this aggressively hopped IPA.

A: Golden Straw/Mild Amber Hue, Passes Through Lots of Light, Good White Head, Great Lacing S: Piney, Crackers T: Piney, Resin, Bready M: Great Carbonation, Light to Medium Bodied, Dry, Crisp Overall, a really good IPA from a start up micro brewery. My only complaint was it was a little too much and burns you out.

Big nose of bitter hops. Earthy, grassy, bitter taste. Hint of floral. Dry finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On draft at Mad Mex, Robinson. Poured slightly hazy orange with off-white head. Moderate splotches of lace. Mild floral nose. Flavor of sweet malt, decent balance with citrus and piney notes. Lingering bitter finish. Solid.

Draught @ Headkeeper: This one pours a clear golden color. There is a pretty good sized off-white head on it. There is some lacing. It has a noce nose. Pine and citrus hops dominate. Some biscuit and earthy notes also. Taste is good. Not too bitter. Earthy, biscuity body, with a somewhat subdued pine and citrus hop bite. A nice IPA.

This poured a lighter amber color with a beige head. Aroma was of dusty and citrusy hops, with some light buter notes. Flavor was aa bit astringent, light butter and mediumfuirty and somewhat bitter hops. Ok, but rough around the edges.

Excellent IPA. Nice citrusy flavor. Smooth aftertaste. Slight pine flavor. Overall nice beer for the hophead!

On cask. Slightly hazy yellow, pours with a cascading off white foam. Slightly dulled hop aroma with light toast, malt aroma. The flavor is slightly earthy hops, some toasty malt, solid, but not nearly as good as the Rapture.

On tap at the mad mex in south hills. Smell is mild floral hops. Slight haze on an otherwise pale lager looking brew. It however does have a nice head on it. Taste starts off medium bitter but rises to the ocasion thru evolution to a stronger bitter beer. Finally ends up big and bitter onthe finish, chewing on green grapefruit rinds. Rude oily pine tar sap mouth coating saopy experience, very on style. So, if you are into IPA, which I am not, better give this a try.

Much more my style than the brown was.+++ Sampled on draft at 3R6P this beer poured a cloudy dark caramel-amber color with almost no head that left no lacing. The aroma was tangy and sweetish with strong notes of pine and grapefruit. The flavor was bitter and tangy with strong grapefruit and pine and moderate notes of peach and caramel. The finish was long and tangy with pine, caramel and grapefruit lingering. Fairly full bodied but very undercarbonated. Other than the lack of carbonation this was nicely done.
