5 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 20/20
Crystal clear beer with a great clean finish. A little bit of a hop bite on the back end which I think makes it a nice San Diego Pale

Bottle. Clear amber color with a huge ivory head. Tropical fruit, plastic, caramel aromas. Frothy expansive mouthfeel. Citrusy, pine hoppy bitter flavors with polycarbonate, plastic, all forms of infection----drying bitter finish____pretty sure this bottle was compromised --too bad.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a small white head. Aromas are bready, grainy, medium citrus, mild esters, inoffensive, but pretty generic and bland. Flavors are clean, inoffensive, very, very mild citusy character, biscuity grain, graham cracker, light spicy hop. Almost closer to a blond ale than a pale ale at this point. Lively bubbles with a dry finish and a medium-light body.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear golden orange color with a white head. Fairly sweet aroma, mostly of citrus. Some bread, apple, and a light celery note. Some floral, pine, and grass notes, too. The flavor is somewhat sweet. Bread and citrus flavors, a mild bitterness of pine, some grass, and a light apple ester quality.
