Where: Systembolaget.
Appearance: Black colour with a small beige head.
Aroma: Roasted malt, coffee, some chocolate and caramel.
Body: Full body, low to medium carbonation.
Flavour: Dominated by coffee, some chocolate, vanilla and roasted malt.

Smak och doft av choklad, malt, kaffe, torkad frukt med rostade toner och aningar av aska och citrus. Mörk, rund, välbalanserad, med en aning god syrlighet. Lätt kropp men fin beska. Väldigt trevliga smaker som jag önskar vore lite kraftfullare i denna fina kaffestout.

Very good looking black body and creamy head. Lots if roasted malts, freshly ground coffee, crisp rye crackers. Very nice! Good taste too, with enough bitterness to balance the roasted and dark malts. Lasting flavour. Lovely palate, super smooth and full. Pleasant surprise, drank easily too! Bottled@vPBFIII (thanks omhper!). Pitch black colour, small brown head. Aroma is coffee, roasted malts, some fruity and herbal notes along with mild ashes. Flavour is coffee, some roasted malts, ashes and a bit of ripe fruits as well. Balanced.

[ Trade by omhper ]. Dark dark black color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, coffee, strong cofffe, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, coffee, coffee bitter, roasted, chocolate sweet, dry. Body is medium to full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20131205]

0,33l bottle from Sweden. Pours very dark hazy brown with a low tan head. Aroma is roasted malts with plenty of coffee. Flavor is roasted malts, coffee and some hops. Could use more body, but otherwise good.

Bottte was a gusher. Dark ruby color, decent beige head. Aroma has coffee and some alcohol. Medium-bodied. Quite alcoholic, some coffee, not much else. Thinnish finish.

Pours dark ruby red color with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma of coffee, roasted malts, some caramel malts and cocoa. Flavor of cocoa, roasted malts, caramel, some coffee also with wooden notes on the finish. Dry malty plate, chocolaty finish. Decent.

Bottle form Systembolaget web shop. Clear very dark brown with a lasting light brown head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and dark fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and roasted moderate bitter finish. 300913
