Bottle at home. Over year old bottle. Pours a pitch black color with a huge, creamy, light brown head. Lots of roasted malt and coffee beans in the aroma along with dark chocolate, ash, earth, leather and licorice. The flavor is also pretty roasted with more dark chocolate, ash and coffee. Has a silky mouth feel, medium to full body and a medium bitterness. A well-roasted IS. Not very complex but really tasteful.

Bottle. Black in colour and rich light brown head. Smell of wood, coffee, liquorice. Rich in taste, almost no carbonation. Taste is, well, coffee, black malts, some caramel surprisingly fresh and crisp - not sweet and creamy. Very, very good stuff!

330 ml bottle. Good looking, almost clear dark amber body with a big, creamy beige head. Aroma is dominated by coffee and not leaving room for much more than some dark malt in the background. Flavor is sweetish, with some dark coffee type bitterness and hint of medium sweet dark malt. Medium body and coffee in aftertaste. Nice coffee flavor, but a bit one dimensional.

Helt svart med tykt lysbrunt skum. Lukter kaffe og lakris. Behagelig kaffesmak sammen med mørk sjokolade og knekk. Fin bitterhet mot slutten. For tynn munnfølelse.
