Dec 29, 2007 (Draught at Sjätte Tunnan, Stockholm) Sweet almost malty scent, rather fresh with some citrus. Sweet citrus taste, also apples. A bit spritzy mouthfeel. No bitterness. Sweet aftertaste. Golden color, but served in a ceramic mug, no head.

Small almost no head, hazy orange golden body. Sweet fruity, sugary and honeyish aroma. Like a soda-pop. Cloying. Flavor is also sweet and sugary with a thin body. Drinkable, but not much of a mead, more like a fruit lemonade. Uninteresting as hell, I don’t get these LA meads...?!

Oct 15, 2005 [At Stockholm Beer Festival 2005] A hazy orange mead with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet and dominated by rosehips, but with honey likngering in the back ground. The flavor is quite thin honeyish. The thiness makes it boring - but what can You expect from a 6.3% ABV Mead.

Oct 9, 2005 Rated @ Stockholm beer festival. A traditional mead with obvious flavour of honey, and not so obvious of ginger and cinnamon. Well fermented for a mead, avoiding excessive sweetness and higher alcohols.

Not as sweet as expected, but still plenty of honey character in both aroma and taste. A bit thin on the palate, though. Sllightly spicy aftertaste.
