Ok, das Label ist eher bieder und die Angabe "Schankbier" lässt ein grottiges Geschmackserlebnis erwarten, ABER dem ist nicht so. Es ist vielmehr ein mildes Pils mit schönen Getreidenoten und sparsamer Hopfennote im Abgang. Es fehlt an Eigenständigkeit, aber das ist eh bei vielen Bieren nicht mehr gegeben. Hemelinger schmeckt recht gut!

23.10.12(Flasche): kupfergelbe Farbe mit weißem Schaum. Sehr malziges Aroma mit Hefearomen. Der Antrunk ist leer, gefolgt von einer malzigen und stark bitteren Mitte. Recht wenig Co2. Süffig aber langweilig.

Bottle shared with McTapps. Watery lager with just a bit if hops and malt in the aroma. Drinkable.

Bottle bought at a local Trinkgut and shared with MichaelBruch. Aroma is a thin and watery mixture with some hop hints. Light amber in colour. Taste of pineapple, grapefruit and hay. Very light and watery tasting.

33 cl. bottle @ home, bouht in Germany. Old yellow with a small white head. Malty nose. Typical lager taste. Utterly forgettable.

bottled. Golden color with small white head. Slightly hoppy aroma. Light bodied hints of hops and grainy malts. Refreshing beer nothing else.

33cl bottle poured into a dimpled mug. Sparkling gold with diminishing one-finger white head. Aroma is subtle malt. Flavor is mild also, slight malt, hops, and some metal. Not great but an easy drinker.

In dem würzigen Geruch spielen auch unangenehme Noten mit herein.
Dem nichtssagenden Geschmack, der auch noch verwässert wurde, schließt sich ein wenigstens noch passabler hopfiger Abgang an.
Ein ausdrucksloses Bier ohne klare Konturen. Bei mir ist es durchgefallen. Spezial ist das Hemelinger sicherlich nicht. Test vom 26.12.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche
