Bottled 50cl. Clear nut brown with an average sized light beige head. Malty nose with caramel and raisins showing up. Good bitterness. Slightly warming on the swallow. Some lacework. Remarkably dry finish which is reminiscent of spicy hops and caramel.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Swing-top bottle by 14.05.2012. Sweet, very rich caramel nose, light booze mingling also with dense fruit. Ruby-chestnut body with a rocky tan head. Taste is very surprisingly very dry, super dry; has a rubbery-astringent edge rather than hop bite. Roast with caramel, light bitterness seems more pronounced with no sweetness, even has some hay and wilder leanings. Soft and creamy light-medium body, much of the joy of drinking such a well-crafted brew drained by its sheer, unredeemed brutality.
