COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A lovely refreshing light cider made using a 100% fresh pressed juice from a selection of cider apple varieties and Bramley. Medium sweet with a pleasant sharpness, this is a delicous easy drinking alternative to white wine.

Light gold in colour. Aromas are sweet apple juice. Flavours are sweet apple, not too sweet, though. Some woodiness is also evident. Clean tasting and refreshing it is less harsh than some of the dry ciders. Easy to drink. Cider may lack the complexity of beer but can still make a good pint.

Bottled. Sharp apple aroma. Light golden aroma with no head and well carbonated. Tangy and slightly spicey apple flavour. Dryish finish.
