Sparkling.
Henneys Dry Cider is our best selling cider. Smooth, light and refreshing.
Sweet, appley aroma. Palate has a delicious bittersweet apple character with some spicy bite and a bit of a tannic grip. Very fruity and quite pure, with a nice savoury twist.

Bottle from Tesco, Eastbourne shared with McTapps. it offers a fine nose of apples, vanilla and sweets. Taste contains some flowers, more than ripe apples and some lemons. Sweetish start transforming into a really crispy and dry end. Enjoyed that one a lot due to its eomplexity and hidden sweetness.

UPDATED: SEP 6, 2014 500ml bottle (Koht, Tallinn)
Nice pale orange, quite spritzy carbonation. Lovely dry cider aroma, has some hints of juicy fruitiness, but there’s a sharp acidic spike that’s really clear - some almost acetone-like hints, and old wooden school desks. Spritzy in the mouth, a little watery, but refreshing. More dry apple, bitter skins, again back to the school desks. Finish leaves apple skin dryness and bite. Very nice filtered cider, so full of real apple, but dryness very nice too. (I’d say it was heading towards medium dry rather than dry.)
Rerate: Gave it a couple of extra points, really enjoyed it. Perfect balance between sweet, fruity, sharp, and dry. More please!

500ml bottle. Clear golden color. Tiny to almost no head. Dry, apples, yeasty, faint leather aroma. Dry, watery, ice, apples in taste. Quite unusual palate. In a weird way I like it.

Bottle shared with Pix on cider blind taste test night. Golden amber colour. A hint of oak in the aroma along with the expected apples. Same with the taste. Quite a dry cider, especially on the finish. Pleasantly sparkling, but a touch watery.
