Henneys Vintage is made from a single year’s pressing and is naturally still. It is dry in style with a rich and flavoursome palate.
This vintage cider is made from a single year’s harvest. It is naturally still and has been only coarsely filtered in order to retain as much flavour as possible. Sip or quaff, we don’t mind, as long as you enjoy it. Cheers!

2012 vintage. 500ml bottle. Pee yellow pour. Smell is earthy and some cidre vinegar, some apple pulp. It is extremely lightly carbed. It has more sweetness than expected in an english cider. Slight rotten note, dry but mild finish.

Very good in every aspect although a bit less sweet would be perfect. Perfect mouthfeel, perfect without carbonation.

Bottle. Golden body , no head. Aroma of apples an alcohol.Taste like homemade apple wine, with soma sourness an spicy/bitterness. Medium body. I am not fan of ciders, but its drinkable.

2012 bottle, 6.5%. Golden body, no head. Slightly medicinal aroma with some fermenting/rotting apples. Low carbonation, sweetish taste with hints of overripe and naturally fermenting apples. Woody finish. Nice. I appreciate the simple old school no-bullshit label.

500ml bottle (Koht, Tallinn) - as Henney’s Vintage 2012 Still Cider at 6.5%
Pleasant sharp, almost scrumpy-like aroma. Taste is broader - apples, appleskins, a little bit of that dry woodiness from aging, and some hint of the yeastiness, and of course some nice sour puckery bite in the palate. Flatish palate, as you would expect from a still cider, slightly fuller and long-lasting in the mouth thatn the previous one, England’s pride. Sweetness hangs around longer, pucker much deeper, and unfilteredness clings to every surface for a while. Finish ends up at sharp fruity apples, which is nice.

0,5L bottle, 2012 Vintage (ABV 6.5%). Pours clear golden-amber. Aroma is apples, vinous, tart, hints of sweetness. Taste is rotten apples, mild sweetness, and crisp tart. Overall: slightly boozy apple juice is really good description.

500ml bottle (2012). Clear apple juice color. No head. Vinegar, apples, sweet, some leather in aroma. Apples, sweet, iron in taste. I think I never had a still cider before. Quite interesting.
