COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This vintage cider is made from a single year's harvest. It is naturally still and has been only coarsely filtered in order to retain as much flavour as possible. Sip or quaff, we don't mind, as long as you enjoy it. Cheers!

Bottle at Carrboro Beverage, Thanks Israel. Pretty straightforward no-nonsense cider. Not too sweet, not too dry. Maybe some light tartness in the finish. Good stuff.

(bottle, 2010, thanks dom!) pours a hazy golden colour with no head. aroma of baked apple and mulled wine, quite spicy, with notes of chashews, some light leather and custard. flavour is quite mild, apple juice and green olives, with a hint of alcohol and a slightly medicinal custardy finish. medium-bodied with very soft carbonation.

Bottle2010 vintage - Looks beautiful--golden amber with a ring of huge clear bubbles around the glass. Plasticy as hell on the nose...wtf? Smells of overripe, pungent apples with a bit of baking spice, but really the dominant smell is the plastic. Gross. Taste is a bit more apple-forward, real ripe, pretty sweet, but with a bitter finish of sharp apple skins. Man...not much about this that I liked.
