This vintage cider is made from a single year's harvest. It is naturally still and has been only coarsely filtered in order to retain as much flavour as possible. Sip or quaff, we don't mind, as long as you enjoy it. Cheers!

2009 bottle, 6.5%. Poured clear golden with no head and almost no fizz. Ripe, sweet apples, apple skin at the back and a hint of sulphur on the swirl. Not loaded with flavour off the bat, quite subtle and mostly sweet with some delicate tartness and a dry bittersweet finish. Soft and quite light in terms of body with a short, crisp and refreshing end.

Bottle, Sainsbo’s. Amber colour, gently carbonated. Fairly sweet with a decent amount of fruit in the flavour. Dryish finish. Not bad as bottled ciders go.

The color of normal, clarified apple juice. Perfectly still. Mostly just big fresh apples in the aroma, but there’s also some farmyard/apple skin flavor, a light pleasant leathery, almost rotting note (rotting sounds bad, but it works pretty well). Flavor is mostly dry with a bit of sweetness around the edges. Finishes dry and pleasant. Very little detectable booze. Quite quaffable. Close to simple homebrew recipes, which is meant as praise.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with basically no head. Sweet’n’tart apple aroma with some acetic acid. Medium body, basically flat, initially sweet appley and then comes the tartness without being astringent. Decent. 300312

Bottle from morrisons. Aroma is quite sweet apples, packed with apples infact, not much tartnbess but good cider apple character. Taste is similar im not sure if its ment to be this sweet but its very nice indeed.

500mL bottle, 2010 Vintage. Poured just like apple juice.. same color and still. The aroma picked up tangy green Apple skins and oak paired with mild earthiness and a splash of white wine.. light mustiness too.. somewhat simple, but welcoming. The flavor found acidic and slightly sour apple skins on the tip of the tongue.. fairly empty on the middle, with tart apple around.. finished quick with aged and ever-so-slightly candied apple coming back after the swallow. Decent body on the front and back of the palate, but lacking on the middle.. no carbonation as expected.. aiight overall flow to it.
