COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hop Slinger gets its golden copper color from the light caramel malts, which provide a solid backbone to support all the great hops. This beer presents with an overwhelming citrus aroma that leads into an unmistakable flavor of grapefruit. Hop Slinger leaves you with a nice dry bitterness that pairs well with spicey curries, salty fried foods and ginger based deserts.

Bottle (bomber) shared by Minderbinder, thanks a lot bro! Pours a glowing golden with a thin white head that leaves some nice lacing. Nose is of fruits (tropical or not) and resin. Taste is of slight caramel (not too much), bitterness is moderately high and it is lightly sweet so I say that balance is good. Flavors include some soap, fruits and perfume. Body was medium, carbonation medium-high and there was some alcohol in the finish. Overall a nice surprise, I didn’t expect much from this little known brewery and it was actually solid!

Been waiting to find this on draft and haven’t been able to so... I picked up a 22 oz. bottle for $5.99 at my local Market Basket. No bottle date or label marker anywhere, like always. Cloudy gold color with light head retention. Aroma is grain, bready malt and light pine hops.

Flavor is a damn near copy of the aroma. With a light hint of women’s perfume with Dried straw. Bitterness is mild with a lighter side of medium in body. Overall, it’s drinkable for sure but I still hope to see this on draft in the better beer bars in NH.

From a bomber. Pours cloudy copper with a bubbly off white head. Tastes like sweet toffee with hop bitterness, strong pine and orange hops. Medium body and carbonation. Smells like sweet malt, oranges, and musky hops.

Bottle. Pours mostly clear amber with creamy off-white head. Aroma is cereal malts, light toast, floral notes, pineapple, and light caramel. Flavor is grassy and floral hop bitterness forward, pale malt base, and light grapefruit esters; dry finish with some lingering bitterness. Medium body and carbonation.

The best of the Henniler beer at the NH Brewfest... like the hoppiness and citrus flavors... sort of a "weird" aftertaste though....

$6.99 for the 650mL bottle purchased from town. Orange pour, soapy off-white head 1 fingernail in length. Aromas of hop oils, salted butter, pineapple, denim, and plastic. Tastes the same with the addition of nutritional yeast, Kero syrup, strawberry preserves, and pine needles. Way too bitter. It’s almost cloying.
