Angeloregon (1969), Portland, Oregon, USA Aug 20, 2008 Thanks to Eric for the can of this one--Apparently from Trader Joes in PDX--Poured a golden, crisp, straw body with a mild white head. Mild creamy fruitiness. Not terrible, but far from solid. Guinnessman (80), VACAVILLE, California, USA Aug 5, 2008 On tap. Clean pilsener flavor with not a lot of bite to it. Golden color with very little head. Would do in a pinch. BallyLoser (126), Bellevue, Washington, USA Oct 6, 2007 Bottle: Good for a german pils. Had when in Frankfurt. goes down smoothly. Enjoyable, but prefer others. Saarlander (1459), The Saarland, Germany Mar 7, 2006 A nice bitter- clean tasting pils, not too malty at all, abit like jever, but not as bitter, I really like this one, but its nothing to seek out special. MoritzF (3883), Ruhrpott, Germany Feb 9, 2006 (bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a frothy white diminishing head. Fruity (citrus) and malty aroma with a grassy hop note. Light bitter flavour, light to medium body, crispy mouthfeel. Soft malty and hoppy taste, not unpleasant; moderately bitter hoppy finish.
