smells like an old book, very weak nose but not unpleasant. Light gold color and big fluffy head. Light malt taste that is a little apple-like, lacks bitterness. Thin and not much to balance, but it is relatively even kieled. All around a weak beer.

Pours a yellow color with a white head. Light aroma of some earthy tones, hay, and not much else. Light flavor as well with plenty of carbonation.

Test vom 29.7.2006, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,8,5,6,4,5 - 6,25

500 ML bottle in Germany. Thanks to Indutiomarus. Pours a clear yellow with a full head. Aroma is of corn, hay, and musty grain. Taste is sour, stale flavor of malts and earth. Palate is sour and short. A very bad example of a Helles. It gives all Helles a bad name.

Easy to drink german beer, with clean golden color. Has a light aroma of cereal, and it’s moderate fizzy. The tap version is much better.

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Tastes spicy, modest hoppy, finish a little bit too dry. I had better ones!

A golden pils with a thin off white head. A strong corny aroma, mineral and unpleasant. In mouth, a crisp malty pils with faint hopping, and mineral notes. Just plain bad. On tap at karstadt dept store, 1.70 euros for 300 ml.
