UPDATED: JUN 4, 2009 (Bottle 50 cl) Fully golden with a handsome - but dissipating - head. Solid body with a very marked, hoppy finish. Hoppier than what is usual in Southern German pilseners. 100303

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a white head. Mild grassy and light cornish. Flavour is cornish yet with a nice bitterness giving a nice and refreshing balance to the brew. Slowly increasing bitterness in the finish.

Can, Athens. Golden colour. Fairly big head. Gentle sparkle. The aroma promises a grassy, doughy beer. There’s a fruity, berryish accent to the hops that is sort of enjoyable, though the malts are bland and slightly doughy. Decent for a macrobrew - the go to swill in Greece.
