2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
16oz can from Trader Joes; nose of grain and a bit of floral hops; gold with a huge white head; flavor of sweet graininess with mild hop bitterness mixed in; enough hops to make it a drinkable lawnmower, hot weather beer and it’s cheap at Trader Joes.

Pour from can. A bit on the mild side. Malty but light- lotsa flavor, but undecided if that's a good thing

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Mainstream German lager, 4.8%, nothing too exciting but definitely thirst quenching and cheap at Trader Joe’s ($6 per 6 pack of pint cans). Goes down clean and smooth on a hot summer day.

Ljusgult öl med snabbt försvinnande vitt skum. Dogt av hö och lite gräs. Smaken är tunn, lätt brödighet med metallisk bismak. Nej,tack!

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a clear golden straw color with a short lived white head. Heavy on the corn and straw aromas, a bit of grain sweetness, and very mild bread aromas. No real hops, a touch of yeast, and mild esters. Moderate sweetness, lots of bread, a bit of biscuit, some corn, and an overall grain sweetness to the palate. Minimal hop profile and a bit of grain husk bitterness.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden body with a medium white head. Aroma is cereals, pale malts and hints of dry, grassy hops. Taste is maize, pale malts, sweet grains and hints of dry hops and flowers. OK for a pale lager, all things considered.
