Clear medium to dark red brown color with a small large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, spicy, cinnamon, nutmeg. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100306]

Hazy dark amber color. Not many words to describe a solid strong Ale, caramelly, with an herbal touch that I would be happy not to find.

2009-01-03, draught at BQ, Milan, 7-5-7-3-14=36
Red to dark amber color; creamy head. Sweetish malt and caramel aroma and flavor, some sweet nuts and wood too, soft. A good Belgian Christmas beer. Solid.
