Draught at IBF 2009, Milan, with cardamom
Hazy amber color; creay head. Light spicy aroma, but also light vegetables. Medium body, light caramel flavor, light sweetness, light yeast, a bit soapy. Simple.

Clear dark brown amber color with a small large, creamy to frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light to moderate yeasty, spicy, cardamom, vomit. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100306]

non mi è piaciuta per niente, "assaggio" di Sergio che ho assaggiato anche io. Estremamente piccante/alcolica con un profilo piuttosto insignificante al di fuori dell’aggressività.
