Spina @ folkstudio. Chiara con schiuma fine ed abbastanza persistente. Senza infamia e senza lode, si fa bere.

Maibock normalissima, doppio malto, luppolata, color biondo filtrato, abbastanza semplice come birra

Bock discretina, ne ho assaggiato giusto un sorso volante e confesso che non me la ricordo bene ma devo votare lo stesso perché sono un dannato beer geek

Draught @ IBF - Italia Beer Festival Milano 2010, Palalido, Piazza Carlo Stuparich, Milano, Italy.
Clear medium yellow orange color with a large, creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, sugar, malt mash and sugar, light yeasy, german yeast. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity and malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20100306]

Blond color. The aroma is honeyish and a bit hoppy, mellow and pleasant. Sweetish malt flavor, with a lightly fruity hop (peaches), but the bitterness is somehow lost in the end. Pleasant and well brewed.

2009-03-21, draught at IBF 2009, Milan (Dunkler Bock with Ale malts, low fermentation), 6-5-6-3-13=33
Beautiful amber color. The low fermentation doesn’t cheat, it’s very delicate, not fruity as it could be. At least it has a nice flavor, a bit sweet, with some malt and caramel. Low bitterness. Simple but pleasant.
