COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Paljas blond is an unfiltered blond beer of 6%, with refermentation in the bottle. The use of some caramel malts gives a little sweet aroma and taste. The 4 different hops (Magnum, Styrian Goldings, Saaz and Kent) are giving a fresh aroma and a lot of taste.

Bottle @ Lounge Bar, Pride of Brugge, Zeebrugge-Hull Ferry. Slightly hazed blond with a very thin head and a carbonation. Light pale malt aroma with some activity in the palate. Not high on taste within its style, although maybe being stored on a ship before opening isn’t the best pre-drinking life for it.

Mooie oranje kleur met een volle blijvende kraag. Ruikt fruitig, orange. Smaakt fris, fruitig, beetje sinaasappelsap. Iets bittere afdronk. Kruising tussen een ipa en blond. Verrassend goed.

Bottle. Pours a touch hazy golden appearance with a moderate sized off white head. Honeysuckle, pear, light banana, lily, somewhat floral nose. Some bubble gum in the mouth. Fairly high carbonation. Moderately fruity. Low to moderate sweetness. Moderate bitterness. Some grassy / herbal hops. A touch spicy. Not bad.

Bottle @ Craenenburg, Brugge. Pours hazy amber with small white head. Clear aroma of malt and fruit, with notes of hops and touches of yeast. Sweetish, malty and fruity flavour, enhanced by bitter, hoppy notes and touches of citrus. Bitter and citric aftertaste. Well balanced and enjoyable.

Blonde dorée voilée, effervescence moyenne, col blanc moyen. Les malts sont vitre rattrapés par les quatre houblons qui donnent une très bonne amertume, légèrement fruitée et épicée.

Henricus’ first, since 2013. Off-white, stable, sticky head, cloudy peach blonde colour. Aroma of bread, green apple, pineapple, orange, young cheese, yeast, grassy hops (four varieties being used). Fruity yeasty taste with some citrus refreshment, bready and somewhat caramelly malts, slightly powdery mouthfeel, mild spiciness, mild herbal and peppery hop bitterness.
