Paljas blond is an unfiltered blond beer of 6%, with refermentation in the bottle. The use of some caramel malts gives a little sweet aroma and taste. The 4 different hops (Magnum, Styrian Goldings, Saaz and Kent) are giving a fresh aroma and a lot of taste.

Draught No head left over hazy yellow-orange beer. Sweet malts, honey, muesli. Again sweet, spiced-herbal... muesli with honey and dried apples. Sticky feel; medium bodied, and slick. Oh well. Not bad if you like sweet(ish).

Nothing special but not bad either. Just a nice little beer, nothing pretentious

Bottle. Golden color with a tiny head. Aroma has some malt, yeast and citrus. Taste is first a bit sweet but ends with a somewhat sour aftertaste. Flavors of malt, toffee, sour fruits and hops. Quite high carbonated.

33cl bottle at home. Somewhat hazy yellow/golden with a medium white soapy head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Quite bitter with some sweet tones. Hops, yeast, citrus hay and herbs. A refreshing hoppy brew.

Bottle @ THT January. Pours a clear blonde beer with a big white head on top. Aroma of Belgian yeast and apples. Flavor is just like any other Belgian Ale out there, just bready, yeasty and fairly fruity with too much carbonation going on. Nothing new here.

hazy golden colour, huge, stable white head; aroma of grains, yeast, floral notes, hints of citruses and some fruitiness; taste of a yeasty-slightly citrusy Belgian ale; enjoyable
