2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Head is initially small, frothy, off-white, mostly diminishing. Body is clear medium amber. Aroma is lightly malty (caramel), lightly hoppy (grapefruit, flowers). Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly acidic, lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly acidic, moderately bitter, husky, unclean. Light to medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation. Poor aftertaste kills this one's score, but otherwise it's just kind of bland.

2.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pellucid, bronze, creamy full bodied thick head with perfect formation that lasts and gives a little lacing. The aroma is lightly malty, a touch of caramelt and toffee with a faint hint of citrusy hops. The flavor is way off balanced though, it tastes a little off sweet like fresh wort with an aged off bitterness. Finishes acidicly with a light and metallic body. The taste and finish were the downfalls here, but the aroma was decent, just very faint.

A good light amber beer,. Not much body but had some taste. They mised on some key areas like a roasted malt that could add to the flavor. I wish they could slow down and actually ferment longer than 3 days so they can get some added flavors .

2.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Bottle... tasted more like a Golden Ale to me, light hop character and very sweet, not very intricate, but I feel like it was trying to be. Just not quite the hardiness I look for in a beer. Decent for a cheap macro, but would rather skip this one.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Although the name says "light," this was a fairly standard amber and maybe the best of their brews I have tried to date. Medium mahogany body with a fluffy, amber tinged head. Easy malt aroma, somewhat dank, but with a subtlized sweetness and fluttering of hops. The flavor was a hop and malt blend with puddles of peaches. Again ,some dankness/fustyness to it, but decent overall.

Pours a nice medium amber color. Aromas of caramel, malt, and a touch of hops. Flavor is smooth malt with a little bitter in the finish. Great beer for the price.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Poured a nice medium amber color with a small head. Tasted of malts, caramels, and traces of citrus. Very light, faint flavor. Not much of a kick in this beer.

Ok new beer from WEinhard's looks like they replaced the regular Amber with a Light version..Im upset , Iiked the regular Amber
Ok this is a ligtbeer with 135 cal per serving.
The appearance of the beer as it pours into my glass is quite attractive..its a dark but crystal clear amber colour with a nice sized solid off white head that lingers long.
The smell is pretty clean and fresh but not strong at all..some hops a little malt.
Tatse is actually quite good for a lighter beer..nice and sweet slightly roasted chocolate malts a small hop bite to finish.
Not too bad a feel on the tongue..quite smooth.
I have to say this is quite a drinkable beer..and not to shabby for a Light beer..I would say this is the best light i have tasted even better than Sam Adams Light

Amber with hints of ruby. Large off white head and some lacing. Caramel, some malts and citrus hops in the nose. Citrus and peppery hops dominate the flavors. Malts back this up with mostly caramel. There is a slight sweetness to it, but not much. The palate is thin and a little touch of spice to it. The finish is of caramel and citrus.
