Belgian Style Wheat is as refreshing as a beer can be. Try topping it with a wedge of citrus to complement its aromatic Cascade hops and its hints of orange and coriander. Light and crisp, it's just what you need to keep cool during strenuous Northwest days spent hiking, boating or just plain basking.

Mostly light body with subtle coriander. Nice on a hot day but nothing to get excited about

Ok looking beer, bright clear orange with a nice enough large off white head. Aroma is mostly citric, with small hint of coriander. Very sweet taste, some citric, very little spice, little wheat. Watery palate. I had suspected this was the same beer as Summer Wheat, but though it is similar the ingredients in this onne seem even tamer and watered down than that. Having said that, if you like sweet beer, it really isnt THAT bad.

Fruit Loops beer!!! the summer wheat has been renamed to the Belgian style wheat. it tastes exactly like fruit loops. cheap, and quaffable during the more warmer days of the year.

Bottle: Lightly hazy orange amber color with light white head. The nose is citrusy with lots of orange and lemon notes. Plenty of vanilla and light malts. The flavor is bright with orange peel and coriander. Not enough esters or malt body to maintain this sham though. Comes across like a fruit beer with orange extract.

Bottle: Thanks to rcasta. Not what you expect for the style but drinkable, fruity over malt notes, citrus and herbal. refreshing.

Pours clear amber with a modest white head which beats a rapid retreat and leaves just a ring. Little lacing. Aroma is light orange. Taste is slightly better than a macro lager with a determined orange peel presence. Maybe a hint of coriander. A fair amount of wheat helps the drinkability. A slight bitterness in the finish. Not bad summer substitute for macro brews.

12oz bottle 3/4/09 (Tukwila Trading Co.)-Pours a light golden amber with a small white head. Aroma of citrus(orange). Flavor of both citrus and orange along with some funk. A slight yeast taste on the back end. This light bodied brew is not very good.

2009 Bottle - Pours orange with a large white head...aroma is crisp orage and grain...flavour is fairly bad, fruity pebbles, bit of yeast...highly artificial...wish I hadn’t gotten the six pack...

From a bottle at Belmont Station--Poured a clear golden-copper body with a fluffy white head. Nose unbelievably similar to Fruit Loops cereal. Flavor, too! Synthetic, artificial, lab-produced beer with a mild hint of Belgian yeastiness. Citric bomb. Ick!

Bottle. Poured pale yellow with fast dissipating white head. Some lacing. Not much aroma, a little orange, a little cilantro. Thin flavour, n’ klein bietje orange, a little bit wheet. Flat unremarkable finish. Thin body. Commonplace.
