Clear golden appearance, mild carbonation. All malt, grain aroma. Sweet malty palate, with decent carbonation and just enough hop bite to add balance.
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 bitbucket (2112) - Kirkland, Washington, USA - JUL 30, 2008
Bottle. Pours clear light gold with a lacy white head. Aroma of grass, toffee and creamed corn. Light body, medium carbonation. Not much in the way of taste, the finish an astringent and floral nothingness. Kind of a broken little beer.

Bought a 12 pack of this in seattle. Pours a medium golden colour, little white head. Aroma was of soft hop character and pear slices, mouthfeel was relatively light. Flavors were moderately malty with a light fruity finish.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 Angeloregon (2055) - Portland, Oregon, USA - AUG 31, 2008
Similar to the other modern-day Henry’s products. Crisp, enough, drinkable enough, sessionable, but obviously a Miller product. Golden-straw body with a bubbly white head. Mild grassy hops and biscuit malts. A little metallic and...eh

nice golden color, the brew has some barley malt in the flavor and finishes a bit dry after some sweetness. altogether represents the beers we (THOSE OF US) got tired of in America 10,20 AND MORE THAN 30 years ago.

Bottle. Poured dark sun blonde with fast dissipating head. No lacing. Aroma of malt and yeast, Malty flavour, with a bit of bitterness from the hop, notes of fresh bread. Thin finish, with more breadiness. Fairly good considering the source.

2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 Murphy (1759) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - MAY 18, 2002
UPDATED: MAR 31, 2005 This stuff is good and here’s why. Tastes pretty good, easy to drink. BUT- it is very inexpensive in the stores. I can name a billion better beers, but dollar for dollar this beer comes through. In comparison with other Weinhards beers, I would say it is about as good as the Blackberry Wheat or the Pale Ale.
ReRate: What is the point of this beer? It’s a half-assed wheat ale of some sort, with a low quality metallic taste to boot.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 tmoreau (1625) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - NOV 19, 2010
12 oz. bottle poured to my trusty 1/2 pint taster with a clear, golden amber color, noticeable effervescence, modest, slightly off white, bubbly head foam, and clingy, ribbons and dashes of lacing. The aroma was typical, light, lager scent, light grain, light breadiness, a little fruit and a touch of sweetness. The flavor added some moderate hop bitterness with ampted carbonation, in a light body. Refreshingly sessionable. Not bad! I’ll settle for this over the macros any day. Cellared well for about 6 mos. with no discernible oxidation.
