A light-bodied, aromatic, Irish-style specialty ale. Double-hopped with PAcific Northwest Cascade hops for the flavor and smoothness of a traditional ale without bitterness of heaviness.

If this is an APA man this is bad brewing by Miller. This has to be the poorest example of this style. Corn and Wheat aroma. Yellow body with white head and some lacing. Flavor is watery, corn and some malts. But just another rating is all this is good for in my opinion.

Bottle: Light straw color, very clear, moderate white fizzy head that settles to a thin film, lively carbonation, spotty lacing.   Looks more like a pilsner than a pale.   Somewhat corny aroma, adjuncts similar to BMC product.   Not bad, but certainly not entertaining.   Slightly grassy flavor, dull sweetness, without any hop bite.   Yeah, more like a pilsner for sure.   Body and mouthfeel are fairly decent however.   Fairly clean finish, but a little too similar to a BMC product to be all that pleasing.

Had this at my brother in laws wedding in Tacoma, WA. Had a few beers that night so it probably isn’t the best to rate from that time but I can always rerate it later. To me it was a beer, nothing really different from anything else, more of a lager really. OK, I really wouldn’t buy it again.

A weak version of a plae ale. But a good lawn mower beer. If it is hot outside and I ned something easy and fast to drink and it is ceap This is a great beer.

Clear golden appearance. Fruity, slightly sour aroma. Slightly sour, hoppy, fruity flavor, fairly light in body. Seems like more of a lager.

Its not terrible, but its worse than its big brother, the Private Reserve. While the private reserve is drinkable and cheap, this is just cheap. Still better than some of the other macrobrew options, but where you can find this, you can find the private reserve, so skip it.

Doesn’t look or smell too good. I was hoping it would be blue in color - that would have made for a much more interesting drink. Quite lagerish for an ale, with hefe overtones. Not too bad, but I am probably too drunk to be rating beers right now.

Bottle: Nothing to get excited about. It is clear gold with a white fizzy head. Lots of carbonation. Light on hops and malts -- nothing really stands out. They must have added a bunch of water to this stuff because it doesn’t really have any flavor. No thanks.
