I enjoy kicking back and putting a few of these bad boys down. It is not a thick rich ale , it is thin but delivers a good taste and solid finish incutrav (576), Woodbury, Minnesota, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Apr 24, 2006 Im a big fan! Usually I dont care for the pale ales overally much, but this one had a little less bit and little more blue! I like other Weinhards out there, and this one kept up that tradition. It did remind me more of a pale lager then an irish ale, but then again, ive never had another irish ale, so who am i to say what its supposed to look like bitter (1137), Henderson, Nevada, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 23, 2006 yowzers! this one came from back of the fridge on st. pattys day...oh, ya your the guy who likes ’good’ beer. obvious bud man here, thinking weinhards is a good beer or a bold beer. i had a few guinness before this so my palate was a bit ascue but it wasnt horrible, had a tinge of hoppy citrus with a funny tangy aftertaste. probably was 3-4 yrs old. | 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 2/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 12/20 | Feb 18, 2006 Pours very thin with a laced head. Smells like corn. Advertised as a PA this beer tastes like a watered down lager. At seven dollars a twelve pack, this beer is an easy way to impress anyone with out a palate and not break your budget. | 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Jan 21, 2006 Marketed as an Irish style ale, this brew is definitely not! It pours thin, aroma of a cleaning product rather than a beer. It must be had cold to tolerate it at all. One can barely ascertain the malt, though it is hopped to appear clean tasting. Sour overall- drink too much and one will awake with the distinct feeling of having licked sidewalks all night. oldrtybastrd (1801), Morlautern, Germany/Great Falls, Montana, USA
