COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light-bodied, full-flavored unfiltered beer brewed in the tradition of European wheat beers. Wheat malt, the finest barley and Roasted Caramel malts are combined with Pacific Northwest Cascade hops and a touch of pure honey for a wheat beer with a smooth, crisp finish.

An unclear dark golden beer with a dense yellowish head. The aroma is sweet with notes of citrus and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of brewmash and wheat.

Nose of wheat and banana. Hazy apricot color with a frothy white head. Medium bodied. Starts with citrus, a bit of wheat and yeast. Not finding hop, and the banana seems to have disappeared for the most part. Moderate carbonation. There are many better hefes, but as a strictly drinkable ale, this is not bad at all. After a long wait some bitter may try to surface through the citrus. Not sure about that.

Bottle poured a cloudy orange gold with a lasting ivory head. Aromas of wheat and bread dough. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of wheat, bread dough and light citrus with a crisp wheat finish.

Watery, slight taste of wheat and grain... grainy weak aroma... with a little lemon in the flavor as well. Not much to say, it stinks.

Bottle. Wow, this is SHITTY! Nothing hefe-ish about this beer at all. It stinks, and it has no yeast-driven character whatsoever. Not a hefe. So let’s back off a minute and forgive the mis-labelling. How does it do compared to other "Ämerican"style wheats? Yep, STILL SHITTY! Too sweet, and bland. Full Sail should put a bullet in this brewery. It has produced nothing but garbage in my experience.

Bottle pours hazy golden with a medium sized foamy head.   Minor lacing, minor carbonation.   A very malty/yeasty aroma thats akin to mass produced beers, particularly budweiser.   Taste isn't much better, light wheat/malt texture.   Its as if someone crossed a semi-decent Hefe with a bud.   No, this isnt working for me.   Very thin, very little flavor on the finish.   Sure would go back easy tho...

UPDATED: JUN 2, 2008 Bottle. Pours a cloudy orange with a medium fizzy white head. The aroma is lemon, pepper, and some other citrus notes. The taste is full of wheat, spices, a ton of fresh citrus, and some honey. Seems like a hefe to me, and a pretty good one.

Peach-colored beer with virtually no activity and little head. The vaguest of yeast aromas, but the flavor has nothing that would lead you to the Hefeweizen label. It's malty and the same vague yeast as the aroma, but nothing to distinguish it very much from your other standard Miller beers.
