COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Originally developed for British sailors stationed in India, IPAs were aggressively hopped to help prevent spoilage on long ocean voyages. Now that spoilage isnít as big a problem, weíve eased up on the hoppiness just a hair to let the caramel malts shine through. Itís a big beer with big flavor that really lets you appreciate hops in all their glory.

Pretty decent beer Poured a medium copper with decent head and lacin No exceptional aroma of the respected citrus But the mouthfeel and carbonation along with some nice hops made up for it Definitely Better than the Blue Boar or Privat Reserve Definitely will get again

Bottle. Pours a nice clear gold with white head. Aroma is floral, leafy, hints of fruit esters with a balanced maltiness. Flavor is very much the same with a nice balanced bitterness, hints of caramel, crisp. Mouthfeel is light body with high carbonation. Overall, nice, simple, enjoyable IPA.

Honestly, I donít smell much of anything. Odd. Has a nice, clear color between gold and copper, and a tiny white head. Mostly bitter taste, with just a hint of sweetness. The sweetness gets a bit stronger during the finish.

12 oz. bottle, Oct 24 11 EDT- Pours orange autumn with a one finger creamy head and lots of carbonation bubbles rising to the surface, lace is also good, it creates a thin blanket on the glass. The aroma is Northwest piney hops and a little citrus, and maybe some pepper. The taste is where this beer kind of falls apart, there isnít much taste, there is a mild bitterness, but overall really bland. Body is thin, carbonation is high. Overall this beer started out nice, better than expected, but the taste and palate was the downfall of this beer, if only they could make it taste like it smells.

12 oz bottle into tulip. Bought at Super 1 in CDA, ID. Pours a clear deep gold with a medium off-white lacy head with great retention. Aroma is cat piss, metal, sticky buns, grain. Taste is bittersweet and sour. Has a grainy aftertaste. Highly carbonated with a medium body. Very simplistic, but very drinkable. Really good for a Henryís.

It was OK. Okay taste, a bit too much of whatever that flavor is that I donít like that I still donít know what is. LOL I wasnít much into drinking it at the time and left half of it in the fridge for a few days. It wasnít that great a few days later.

Golden in color, cloudy with a thin white head. Slight hops aroma. Very light hops flavor this was more like a pale ale. Nice malt with a dry finish.

12oz btl. Pours clear amber and lightly fizzy. Palate is full bodied and lively. The taste is somewhat short and bitter and falls a little flat. Drinkability is better than average, but most IPAís Iíve tested are far superior.
