2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Six pack of 12oz. bottles from grocery. Pours clear orange with limited head. Very "neutral" aroma, a little bit of floral hops and some citrus. Not much hops at all when drinking, with very limited bitterness. Metallic aftertaste but quick finish. Okay overall.

very light IPA... not a crisp finish...lingers on the palate with a malty finish...hops are actually barely noticable....an ok beer with nothing special of note

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Beer sucks, Iíd rather just have a bud light. Flat and malty, almost stale, barely any hops, and no aroma to speak of. gross

1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 3/20
I forced myself to take a second sip for the sake of this review.
It made me bitter toward ratebeer.
Which is wrong I know, but bad beer does bad things. . .
I guess if I had to point out something positive it has a bit of zing in some unique carbonation. So for a second or so that is interesting.
But then after that the massive wave of boring grainy sameness comes in. Theyíve got to stop making these things calling them IPAs. American pilsner PAs? Blech.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 10/20
Citrus, hoppy and bitter; a great combination. You can taste the carbonation. Clear orange pour with a light quickly receding head. Nice taste that lingers on the palette.

2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20
Poured clear copper with a thin white head. Aroma is cereal, flora, and not much else. Taste is caramel, cereal, faint floral, and citrus. Definitely not hoppy, tastes more like a Marzen but for sure not an IPA.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
12oz Bottle. The pour was a clear orange amber with an average (1-2 finger) white pillowy head that was mostly lasting, reducing to a medium film and collar with very good sticky lacing.
The aroma was rather mild of a light grain malt, floral hops and a soapy yeast with notes of caramel and citrus (orange peel).
The taste was bitter sweet and a tad malty with a touch of caramel in the beginning, and then became lightly hoppy with a bitter citrus peel ending. The flavor lasted for a decently long time following the swallow, with a bitter citrus peel taste left lying on the taste buds.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a thin dry texture and a medium carbonation.
Overall this was a decent enough IPA with a light bitter hoppy taste and an easy drinkability. This brew would be fine on a hot summerís day, when youíre looking for something that was light and refreshing...

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours clear amber into a shaker. White head quickly recedes to hug rim. Mild bread and resin aromas. Sweet overripe tropical fruit and bread upfront turning to rancid bitter earth in the lasting finish.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
12 oz bottle dated 3 Dec. 2012 served in a snifter.
Pours sparkling. clear and deep amber with a smallish tan head. The head is not very durable.
The aroma is rather subtle for style; definitely more like a pale ale. It is more flavorful than suggested by the nose, but here too it falls into the weak-for-style category and seems as much like an APA as an IPA. . Earthy/resiny hops.
M: medium body and carbonation. Slightly harsh given style and ABV. Some dryness in finish.
O: a so-so IPA, at best; better if though of as a rich APA.
