2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
IPA light? Probably for someone that does not like real IPAís bitter hoppyness. Besides that - a decent beer.

2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
12 oz bottle. This beer is a horrible example of an IPA! Should be labeled as cheap American Schwill. Aroma is of hay, leather and something sour I canít describe. Pours a nice dark yellow with a thick head which is its only redeeming quality. Taste is salty, bitter and not fun to drink. Palate is harsh, not fun to drink. Overall this is not fun to drink; should have known with the 6.99 price point.

Clear orange pour. Good white lacing. Nose is red apples, baked apple. Taste is metallic, mealy apple. Very chalky, powdery mouthfeel.

Pours a clear golden amber with a small white head. Aroma is caramel malt and piney hops. Taste is sweet and malty with some hoppy bitterness.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
This is not bad. It has all the characteristics of a descent IPA. Only lacking ever so slightly in bitterness. Would have liked just a tad bit more bit.

0.7 AROMA 1/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 1/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 1/20
UPDATED: JUN 22, 2014 Where are the hops? Itís one thing to make an IPA with a sweet malt balance but itís quite another to make one that willfully skimps on the hops. This is nothing more than an attempt to water down a beer for the masses. A beer thatís supposed to be hoppy by its very nature has been toned down for the average consumer. This is an "IPA" without any balls.

1.8 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20
Clear copper color with a very short white head. Large bubbles and not really any bubbles floating to the top. Does not seem well carbonated to me. Head fades fast almost instantly. Aroma is slightly skunky, evergreen. Taste is bitter but nothing special here to back it up. Finishes clean. I am not getting any huge hop flavor here. Drinkable.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Light orange pour with a thin white head. Flavor of floral tones and some citrus. Very light hoppy finish. This is an easy ipa.

1.7 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
May 21, 2013; 12 oz. btl.; tumbler. Clear amber/yellow pour. Head disappeared quickly. No lacing. Faint grassy aroma. Unpleasant metallic taste/palate. Struggled through this one, which is very rare. Avoid.

1.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Pours amber with a finger of white head. Aroma is a light mixteure of hops and yeast. Taste is mostly just bitter. There is a little bit of sweetness but mostly all I get are off-flavors. This beer has a glassy and rubbery feel to it.
