Polypin at the Orchard, Bristol. Cloudy amber with no carbonation. Aroma of dry apples and citric acid. Flavour was more enjoyable, with some some pleasant apple juice, wood and a funky, tart finish. Ok, but as mentioned below, on the rough side.

Cask, Quorn Fest 07. Hazy orange gold with no head. Aromas are lemon juice with vinegar and some woody notes. Flavours are sweet and sour apple juice. Acidic and woody with some vomit retch. A bit unbalanced and rough.

Cask Stillage at the Assembly Rooms, Derby 05/01/2007 Golden coloured hazy in appearance tannin and sweet. Some dryness in a lasting finish.
