Bottle. Brewed for Brockets Food Hall in Hertfordshire. Amber with no carbonation and a very earthy unusual flavour.Very inviting aroma on opening. Some bitterness but it doesn’t take over. I am usually cynical about these special brews but this came as a pleasant surprise. Excellent.
