Pullman is a first class bitter brewed with East Anglian malt and a special blend of Kent hops to give a crisp fresh bite balanace with a long silky finish. Long on flavour with a good hop nose, Pullman is a luxurious ale best appreciated on its own or with fine food.

Bottled. Deep ornage colour. Neutral aroma. Sweet and fruity with clean maltiness. A tremendously bitter finish gives the impression that you have been drinking ink.

Deepish gold, lasting bubbly white head. Quite a nice bitter, some good yeast, very nice hop on finish. Biting. Moderate body with a surprisingly good bitterness on the finish.

Bottle conditioned, 500ml from Bellingers Garage, Grove, Oxon. Hazy amber with off white head. Grainy malt note, just a touch on the sourish side with a light farmy note. There is a drying hoppy note, leafy, earthy which pulls it back into shape. Reasonable.

A Mes rate. Gravicask at Chelmsford Winter Beer Festival. Golden brown with no head. Sweet fruity malt with a really pleasing burnt character. Late bitterness. Nice enough, just one dimensional.
