Little cloudy, pale yellow to beige beer, small off-white head, pretty stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: apples and apple sauce, some overripe fruits, bit cheesy, herbal, spices. MF: ok carbon, medium body, creamy texture. Taste: spices, apples, bit sugary, citrus, bit herbal, sweet touch. Aftertaste: bitter, somewhat sweet, sugary, spices, bit soapy. Has had it’s best time, but still drinkable.

Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt and spices especially coriander. The flavor is sweet matly with coriander being the strongest ingredient.
