Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate to light heavy spicy - herby, rosemary, anisseed. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, and a dry finish. Refreshing. Body is light to medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with a lazing white head. The aroma has notes of malt and spices especially coriander. The flavor is sweet matly with coriander being the strongest ingredient.

75 cL bottle. Pours clear yellow with a white head. Dry grassy and slight herbal aroma. Mild sweet and quite spiced flavoured with a lot of peppery spice notes. Smooth and easy body. Mild sweetness and easy dryness into a lasting dry to herbal finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of joergen/MiP/yespr. Clear pale golden with a dense white head leaving laces. Spicy, lightly gingery nose. Medium body, again dominated by dry ginger accents. Lightly bitter finish. 200309

Bottle. Clear yellow coloured with a huge white head. Fruity aroma of berries with notes of spices and yeast. Fruity flavour of berries and spices with notes of hops and grass. Dry hoppy finish.

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a sweetish spicy yeasty aroma with hints of ginger. Sweetish malty spicy yeasty flavor with some herbal hints. Has a sweetish malty herbal spicy finish.

UPDATED: MAR 28, 2009 Bottle, 6.5%. OK bready aroma. Hazy golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is fruity with a good shot of paper. A bit of vegetable in the finish. Sounds unpleasant, but is actually just a bit boring.

Very high, white head, as whipped egg-white, with some lacey rings over veiled yellow-golden beer. Véry spicy-herbal indeed. Root spices, galanga root, fennel and dry ginger powder. Overly spicy in a first instant, with anniseed and fennel, then reverting to a dry, dry-spicy, medicinal flavour, and pancake dough. Medium bodied. OK, on hàs to like spices...

Bottled. Hazy golden coloured. Nice herbal and yeasty aroma. Herbal flavour. Rosemary. Sweetish. Decent.

0.75 l bottle from Den Bierzolder. Hazy yellow with a thick white head. Spicy herbal aroma. A bit perfumey. Fruitiness and spicy flavours. Hints of dishwater and soap. Dry enough. Rather light-bodied. Experimental.
