Unclear - hazy medium orange yellow colour with a large to huge, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is light malty, wheat, caramel, notes, moderate yeasty, fruity, banana, yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, fruity, banana, yeast. Body is medium, texture is creamy to watery, carbonation is soft. [20121115]

Kaatuu lasiin runsaasti valkoista, paksua vaahtoa muodostaen. Nesteen väri on kirkkaan kultainen. Olut on rajusti kuplivaa. Tuoksussa on mallasta, banaania ja purkkaa. Maku on maltainen, hieman makea, banaanisen hedelmäinen ja hieman mansikkainenkin. Vehnäähän tässä on tietenkin myös selvästi. Hiilihappoja ei ulkonäöstä huolimatta ole kuitenkaan kuin keskiverto määrä. Suutuntumassa on yllättäen pientä öljymäisyyttä. Ihan hyvää, miedosti humaloitua olutta, mutta ei tästä itselleni voisi mitään vakikamaa koskaan tulla.

Medium strong aroma is bit sweet and sour and fresh. Banana, spices: pepper, bit citrus, wheat, yeast. Hazy sparkling honey, good, long white head. Taste is crisp sour, lively carbonation, finish dry and sour, light body, soft feel, easy to drink kinda beer. Beautiful, fresh hefe, I liked a lot.

Bottle. Light golden, hazy, average to large and mostly diminishing head. Light to moderate, malty – wheaty and sweetish aroma, some fruitiness and some banana, faint citrus and faint yeast. Body is light to medium, malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish flavor, faint fruitiness and faint banana. Finish is short to average malty – lightly wheaty and lightly sweetish, faint banana. Light-bodied and bit flat hefeweizen - finish lacks totally the fruitiness. Nice head, though.

Bottled (from Alko, Vaasa). Hazy yellowish orange colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, mild banana, some spices and yeast. Flavour is wheat, caramel, toffee, some spices, herbs and yeast. Not too sweet, and actually is rather refreshing on a Summer day. A bit on the expensive side in Alko...

(Bottle, 0.5 l, from Alko, 20120622) The beer poured golden and cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, clove and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, clove, malts and bitterness. Aftetaste was sweet and mildly bitter. Aroma and taste were quite mild and I was expecting stronger ones.

Pours haze pale golden color with a huge foamy head. Aroma of grass, wheat, mild hops and yeast. Flavor of wheat, mild hoppy fruits, herbs and some spice notes. Medium carbonation, slick palate with grassy finish. Decent.

Pours hazy yellow with a high head. Aroma is malts, wheat and banana. Flavor is malts, wheat and some banana. Pretty decent weizen.

Pours a hazy golden colour with a lacy white head. Aroma of wheat, some grains, sweet honey and some weak floral notes. Flavour of wheat, grainy malts, honey, hops, banana and some tartness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation and a smooth, wheaty, fruity finish. Well balanced. Summery brew.

Dark yellow colored with hazy appearance, medium sized white head. Wheaty banana aroma with thin spices, some flowery hopped note here as well. Medium bodied. Flavor is wheaty as well with yeast and pepper, aftertaste lasts with yeast still. Decent one.
