Commercial Description:
This premium amber lager has a nice medium body and a balance between malty sweetness and hop bitterness. It is brewed using all noble German hops, this is prevalent in the flavor and aroma.

This one was a bit of a surprise. Sampled on draft at the Cranberry PA location this beer poured a bright copper-amber color with a small white head. The aroma was light sweetish tangy pale lager. The flavor was sweet, tangy and a bit nutty with a light fruity hop undertone. The finish was long and the body was surprisingly full. Nice for what it is.

OG 13P, FG 4.2P alky by weight is 3.7% and the IBU is at 14.9! Ubiquitous pale yellow american lager color and appearance. Typical lager beer aroma without corn and has some slight sweet perfumy hints in there. Also on the taste I detect some earthy background, but you really have to search for it. Has a warming sensation on the palate, something you rarely get with lower alky beers. Mild to medium premium lager bite near the rear of the palate. Has more personality when compared to a pale lager. Is less carbonated too. Medium industrial lingering bite on the finish. Certainly more than you would expect with a 15 IBU. Not too bad for a premium lager.
