On draught at the Hereford & Hops in Escanaba, Northern Michigan. Pours a clear dark brown colored brew with a creamy off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin off-white ring and some spotty lacing. Aroma of roasted dark malt, a hint of chocolate and roasted nuts. Taste is where some of the dry pecan flavors comes through with some toasted dark malt, a hint of chocolate and some caramel Finish is semi-dry, some light acidic texture and a short lived roasted nut and toasted dark malt aftertaste.
