Commercial description A Bavarian style wheat beer that is pale in color. Wheat malt produces a softer, sweeter beer with a refreshing flavor all its own. Wheat beer may be served as a clear (filtered) product or as hefeweizen (unfiltered). It is served with a slice of lemon to accent the sweetness of the wheat malt. The brewer markets this same or near-same product by more than one names. This can be the result of a brewer distributing this beer under different names in different countries, or the brewer simply changing the name, but not the recipe at different points in time.
