This blood-red ale may not be what you might expect from a malty and hoppy craft beer. Evil Twin has a rich malt character, without being overly sweet. It has a huge hop character, without being overly bitter. It is a great example of a bold, rich, balanced craft beer, without being heavy and hard to drink in quantity. Our Evil Twin is only bad because it is too good to resist.

Poured from a 22 ounce bomber. Filled my glass with a very dark brown beer. The aroma is juicy, citrus fruits, slight bready malts. The flavor citrus, bready, grassy, solid malt character. This is a fantastic beer.

Lovely red body with mainly lasting head. Oranges on the aroma and then some dry pine notes. Easy drinking smooth taste, hop flavour is not over the top, quite balanced and you don’t notice the alcohol.

650mL bottle, pours deep mahogany with a tan head and an amazing aroma.. herbs, grass, citrus, toffee.. so complex and inviting. The herbal grasseyness comes out in the flavour and i can hardly detect and bitterness. Amazingly unique beer.

Bottle from Mane Liquor. Pours dark ruby with a small off white head. I really don’t like the nose on this one. Very herbally. Loads of citric zest and fresh coriander (which I despise). Taste came across a little better. Lots of orange zest and citric undertones to an otherwise lightly herbed beer with a touch of caramel and flowers. Not a bad beer just not my thing

Bottled. Dark amber coloured. Dense beige head. Aroma of berries, caramel, flowers, spice,Light grass. Flavour is quite aggressively hoppy. Loads of grass, herbs and flowers. Some caramel and grape. Medium to full bodied. Ends ona dense and dry herbalbitterness. Maybe a bit too hoppy. Could have usted some maltsweetness for balance. Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
