Tap in SFO. Roasted malt aroma with notes of dark chocolate. Pours black with a thin light brown head and a bit of lacing. Starts with sweet chocolate flavors as well as a little bit of nuttiness as well. Finishes dry with good roasted malt flavors that linger on the palate. Decent porter.

Nose is tight. Mouth feel could pass for 3.5. Flavour wise it just barely hits all the marks.

Bottle... Pours dark brown (nearly black) with a small, dense, mushroom-colored head. Decent retention. The aroma is a melange of chocolate creme, toasted tree nuts and vanilla. Medium-bodied with a skim-milk mouthfeel and tickling carbonation. The flavor is burnt and moderately bitter with a carbonic, charcoal finish. Well-crafted and cleanly brewed.

Bomber from PlumpJack. Black in color with a really nice tan head. Big chocolate aroma with caramel and toffee and molasses. Mildly sweet flavor with caramel yielding to a bitter coffee and cocoa finish. Soft palate with average carbonation. Really nice porter.
