A traditional Bohemian pilsner with hoppy, smooth bitterness and touches of sweetness to round out the flavor.

This beer pours a clear light gold, topped by a slim head of white foam. The slim head that remains gives good spotty lace. Nice pilsner malt and Noble hop aroma - slight sweet, slightly tangy, and nice and spicy. I really enjoy the flavor of this beer. A lightly grainy malt, a fantastic spicy bitterness in the hops. Light body - true to style. Crisp clean and refreshing, delightfully drinkable.

Draught pint at the brewpub, early October 2006. Bubbly oily gold with just a touch of head that recedes quickly....nose is predominantly thick bready malts, modest Saaz hops, nothing too exciting though pleasant and full enough....body is very full, solidly fresh-hoppy throughout with a solid malt background, nice light herbal touches particularly late, with tingly moderate carbonation. Pretty decent attempt overall.

Gold color with no head. Very plain aroma of dry hops. Basic, dry, Saax taste with a touch of malt. It’s not bad, certainly are worse pils, but it’s nothing to jump for joy about.

Yellow/Gold Coloring. No Head. Slight Hops Aroma...As is the Flavor.. Mildly Bitter.. Not a Whole Lot of Taste but EASY beer to drink...Lawnmower All the Way... Certainly Worse Pilsners Out There..

Plain yellow color. Extremely mild aroma. Big-time Saaz?--dry bitterness on back of palate. A bit too heavily bitter for my taste but adequately restrained compared to others in the style.

Tap @ brewpub. Light yellow color with a white head. A grainy malt texture with a cardboard flavor, but it had a sufficient amount of hops to make it worth finishing.

Standard clear yellow in color, somewhat pale with a thick medium sized head of bright white frothy puffed cream that fades some to leave a solid haze on top and lots of lace in sheets. Smell is light crispy sweet malts with a small mineral/herbal sense, alot like what your hands smell like after working in the garden, plants and dirt but in a lighter sense. Taste is nice lightly frothy sweet malts with crisp herbal hops, a bit musty with a crisp easy finish. Feel is lighter, fairly close to medium body, light dry and crisp finish, pretty simple yet approachable, refreshing, and moderately enjoyable.

Light, somewhat fruity aroma, but with some off notes. No visible carbonation. Small, white head. Good lace. Some sweetness on the tongue with a bitter twang; actually tasty. There is a hint of off-flavors, but they don't truly come through. A nice hoppy, pilsener that is worth your while.
