A light yellow beer with an almost medium, disappearing and white head. Aroma of wheat, sweet malts, some grass. Taste of rich malts, some sweetness, only hint of drying bitterness and grass. Medium bodied, low carbonation, smooth and pleasant to drink. Straightforward and gentle Pils with positive feedback from richness and smoothness.

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, sweet malt, light hoppy, herbs. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, malty, herbs. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121110]

Oppvarming til den store juleøltesten ombord på Fridtjofen: brukt for å minne oss på den tiden da tynn pils var det vanlige og juleøl var en stor begivenhet: tynne saker, ingen humlesmak, men mer maltkropp enn de to andre vi brukte.
