Cloudy yellow. Banana aroma. Lightly fruity with evident bready maltiness, balanced sweetness and rounded mouthfeel.

Lager color, steady small white head and lace. Strong banana and wheat aroma. Carbonated, dry with lots of wheat and some banana flavor. Medium-bodied, well-balanced weizen.

Light chill haze - golden - I’m inclined to call this a kristal weizen, though. Aroma is predominantly banana, with the merest hints of clove, cinammon, and pear. Soft body, very sweet, perhaps a little too much so. Banana, bubblegum and light spice again. Fairly full body for the style. Seems like a low wheat ratio, too, by the flavour. Functional example.
