3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
I like the dry palate but that's about it. That's two Hermitage IPAs I've had and they're just too malty and earthy which is baffling coming from CA. Also there's no aroma. Dry hopping would help a ton.

3.9 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Aroma is intense with apricot and grapefruit. The galaxy hop has an interesting flavor profile: dry, slightly tangy, but features a lot of pine resin. Great IPA.
