Dark copper with beige head. Aroma of malt and some fruit. Flavor sweet of crystal and münich malt with some red berries and an OK bitterness. Thick palate.

Jul 7, 2008 On tap at Sct. Clemens as Sct. Clemens Ale. Served an unclear, amber body with with a dense, medium-sized off-white head. A bit papery on the nose, but mostly fruity and caramelly. Caramel, sugar, malt and fruityness in the mouth, some bitterness. Medium to full body and a sweet finish with some bitterness and fruityness. Quite sweet, drinkable beer that didn’t impress. Jun 9, 2008 250ml on tap at Apollo, Copenhagen. Off-white head over a slightly hazy, mahogany coloured body. Roasted smell of dark malts with a yeasty touch. Bittersweet taste of malts and fruits. Short yeasty ending. Medium bodied (29.05.2008).

Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light soapy. Moedrate bitter flavor with nice chocolate and caramellic notes. Ab´verage finish. Oily palate. Boring.
