Cask at GBBF 2010. A golden beer with a lazing yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemony and flowery hops. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and citrusy hops as well as lighter notes of elderflowers, leading to a bitter finish.

Cask, 5.3% abv, one-third pint. B7 Snow Bar, GBBF ’11. Naked surface to a transparent amber body. Resinous hops to the nose. Hay-like taste followed by a bite of citric shells. Nice dry bitter end. Flat mouthfeel. True to the style, more or less (London, 03.08.2011).

Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light hoppy, citrus, butter notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and light moderate bitter with a average to long duration, citrus, light butter notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20100805]
