Comments: Almost earthy, musty, highly yeasty cider with considerable residual sugars for a dry. chris_o (4409), London, Greater London, England Aug 12, 2007 750ml bottle from ciderstore.com, July 2007. Orangey colour with a light haze. Somewhat oaky aroma, with a fair amount of fruit. Clean and fruity flavour, with light tannins. Not too demanding, but a nicely balanced, refreshing cider made from a blend of traditional varieties. Enough backbone to maintain the interest.
