Bottle. Brown with nice beige head. Caramel, syrup, notes of metal and sandrich earth, good balance. Allright.

Dark brown colour with littel white staying head. Aroma is malty and caramel. Medium bodied. Taste is sweet at first, lingering in your mouth with a shot of roasted malts and some caramel to boot.

Bottle. Red brown colour with a beige head. Malty, Rye bread, caramel aroma and taste. Medium body with a sweet light dry finish.

Clear orange red coloured with an off white head. Aroma of malts and caramel. Sweet flavour of malts and caramel.

Deep amber reddish colour with a foamy tan head. Malty aroma with bread notes and a hints of a fruity sweetness. Malty, light roasted flavor with hints of caramel and nuts. Dry finish with a light sweetness.

Bottled. Copper-coloured with beige head. Sweet and malty aromas with some boiled vegetables. Flavor is sweet, malty and some caramel. Hop-bitter finish. (051104)

Not very powerful. Round and mild brew, easy to drink. Quite swwt and malty flavour. Soft finish with notes of caramel.

A clear red beer with a huge light brown head. The aroma is very malty with strong notes of caramel and nuts and hints of dust. The flavor is sweet malty again with emphasis on nuts and caramel, giving it a slightly sticky mouthfeel, but a very dry end.

Amber/ copper coloured. Malty sweet aroma and flavour. Watery palate. Disappointing.

Pleasant chestnut appearance. Enticing, multi-layered aroma features chocolate, caramelized brown sugar, hops and alcohol. Palate feels nice and rich. While some fruit and malt flavours show through, the over-generous fizz obscures the full spectrum potential flavours that could exist within this brew. Good but not great, and slightly disappointing given the inviting promise offered by the aroma.
